Product Overview

The universal automatic top flush bolt and bottom fire bolt has a small profile and adds stability to the door. Only two 1-1/8" diameter holes for easier door preparation; preparation prevents the veneer from splitting at the corners of the door. Quiet and smooth activation. Fully automatic, the bolt is projected automatically when the active (lead) door closes and depresses the trigger on the edge of the door to lock the inactive door. When the active door is opened, the bolt automatically retracts to unlock the inactive door. Override feature prevents damage to doors or bolt if bolt head is blocked from entering strike. Low (3 lbs. max) closing force. Adjustable bolt head rod, bolts can be vertically adjusted 1/2" for unusual clearances. ADA compliant. UL Listed.
