As an extension of the central ExtremeXOS aggregation switch, V300 edge devices/ports deliver the same network services and software features across the network. This simplifies service delivery and enables advanced features to be seamlessly extended to the network edge. V300 devices and ports are centrally configured and managed from the ExtremeXOS aggregation switch. This simplifies network operations and reduces overhead. Once connected, the V300 automatically finds the central ExtremeXOS aggregation switch, downloads its configuration, and is ready to go. No need for local console set-up.
