Product Overview
Pemko automatic door bottoms consist of an aluminum case which surrounds a movable drop-bar seal. The drop-bar seal is actuated by a plunger which contacts the jamb as the door is closing, forcing the drop-bar seal down against the floor or threshold. Automatic door bottoms seal up to a 3/4" gap under the door. Full mortise application.Resources

This automatic door bottom is easy to install and works exactly as described.

Was not what I expected - did not know you had to cut into the door to install this item. I have returned as of Saturday October 26th.
