Product Overview
Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, Swing Clear, Full Surface. For doors of any material. For beveled or square edge doors. 1/8" inset. 1/8" minimum recommended hinge side plus standard lock side clearance. Door and frame reinforcement not required to 200lbs. Heavier weight use 16-gauge channel. 1/4" diameter stainless steel pin and dual 6/6 nylon bearings between each knuckle and security molding. Fire rated for use up to 3 hours metal and 90 minutes wood composite doors.
