Product Overview
The Schlage B250 Series is a range of deadlatches designed for commercial applications. The B250 Series is ideally suited for storage cupboards and non-fire rated service ducts. The B250 is suitable for fire rated duct doors when fitted with a B160 Rose and Turn. Deadlatch B252 is retracted by key outside or inside. Holdback feature standard. Rotating thumbturn and activating holdback feature keeps latch retracted.
