Designed for medium-traffic, commercial applications, the 1131 Series Door Closer is a Grade 1 closer that fully adjusts for sizes 1-6 and easily retrofits on store front entry doors. Common applications also include offices, hotel rooms, assisted living facilities. Full rack and pinion. Arm leverage adjustment. Separate key controlled regulating valves for door closing and latching speed. Valves are captivated to prohibit vandalism. Adjustable backcheck valve is standard.
