Product Overview
This center hung pivot set has a standard top pivot (340) and a bottom pivot that mounts directly to the floor. The pivot point is centered in the thickness of the door. Door must have radius on pivot edge. Pivot set features sealed bearings for protection against weather and debris. Must not use on labeled doors and frames.Warranty Information

Rixson 370, Center Hung Pivot Set
Works like a charm. Installation was fairly simple. My doors were quite a bit wider than the recommended width, but they are also less than half of the weight, so I was able to install with the pivot closer to the door jamb as designed. The technical drawings are a little to busy and you have to review them carefully to understand which dimensions go with which part.
