Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, Concealed Leaf. For doors of any material, grade 1 for 150-pound doors. Not recommended for doors with a beveled edge on the hinge side. 1/16" inset. 9/32" hinge side plus standard lock side clearance. Door reinforcement for wood doors no required. For metal doors recommended 16-gauge channel at heavier weight. For metal doors, a 1/8" thick reinforcement plate is recommended along the hinge edge for proper thread engagement of the adjustment studs. Frame reinforcement not required. 1/4" diameter stainless steel pin and dual 6/6 nylon bearings between each knuckle and dual edge protection lip (both faces of door). Fire rated for use up to 3 hours metal and 90 minutes wood composite doors.
