Model 5A10 Diplomat Toilet Paper Dispenser, Surface Mounted holds 2 standard core rolls, one above the other, up to 5-1/4 inches in diameter and up to 4-1/2 inches wide on molded polyethylene spindles that turn freely for non-controlled delivery. Second roll automatically drops down for use after the first roll is used up. A unique mechanism prevents use of the second roll until the first roll is completely used.
