Model 5071 Rocking Control Single Roll Toilet Paper Dispenser holds a single standard core roll up to 5-1/2 inches in diameter. A gray polystyrene spindle controls paper delivery. The spindle revolves only 1/2 turn for each dispensing operation and returns to original position. Includes a vandal resistant locking mechanism. To refill paper, tear off tissue core and release spring.
